Create input provider capable of dropping frames

Description
Currently the program will crash when it is not fast enough to cope with the input frame rate. Hence, there should be a chance to drop frames.
Associated revisions
Provide an input using an RSB listener which is much more resilient in cases where video encoding is not fast enough.
