initial integration of boosting-based opencv face detector, refs #1383
extracted ImageHandler component to receive rst.vision.Images and provide these in a synchronized queue to OpenCV components
added library target to include general components
added apps folder to contain RSB wrappers

  • still needs cleanup and refactoring as well as testing of GPU support
  • started refactoring of this project but this needs further discussion
