Improved documentation of socket transport's "auto" mode

fixes #1551

  • common.rst (RSB_TRANSPORT_SOCKET_SERVER): added a warning stating
    that the "auto" mode only works properly on single computer
  • specification-socket.rst (Addresses and Ports): added an explanation
    of why the "auto" mode only works properly on a single computer
  • troubleshooting.rst (Configuring the TCP-based Transport): added a
    reference to RSB_TRANSPORT_SOCKET_SERVER
    (I cannot make the Socket Transport with "auto" Mode work across multiple Machines):
    new item; explain why the socket transport's "auto" mode usually
    does not work across multiple computers; suggest using the Spread
    transport and explain how to setup the socket transport without
    "auto" mode
