Description
Please commit my updated (tested) RCI types.
I adapted JointVelocities an JointAccelerations according to JointAngles to provide functions like setFromRad_s().
Additionally I updated the JointVelocitiesTest and created a similar JointAccelerationsTest.
Attached you can find my svn patch.
