Description
In order to associate test results from previous system and test versions, changes in the plan need to be trackable and detectable.

Make test phase changes trackable
Adds a specificationCode method which computes a hash that identifies a
concrete instance of a specification. Some changes to the class
hierarchy where necessary for this.
