Do not require absolute resource directories
FileResource now doesn't enforce absolute resource directories anymore.
These can be created on the fly from a relative one. Additionally, this
also fixes the issue that absolute paths leaked to the RSB-reported
parameters. This is achieved by distinguishing between the relative path
to the file and the absolute location inside the resource directory.
