Allow arbitrary FDs as "portfile" in src/transport/socket/util.lisp

fixes #2678

  • src/transport/socket/util.lisp (maybe-write-port-file): recognize
    the syntax -N where N /= 2 for specifying arbitrary file descriptors
  • test/transport/socket/bus.lisp
    (test transport-socket-bus-root::server/automatic-port.portfile-fd):
    new test; test supplying custom file descriptors to the portfile
    option
