Description
Check casting of ResourceNode to base interfaces in order to check node capabalities.
(e.g. casting resource node to positioncontrolled)

- Resource nodes can be dynamcially casted to rci Sensing and Controlled interfaces ti check for their capabilities
- Added unit tests
