Description
Implement these scheme-behavior combinations:
tcp+ros://HOST:PORT/SCOPE- Connect to HOST:PORT using TCPROS protocol
- Assume the node publishes the topic SCOPE
ros:/SCOPE?master=URL- Assume the ROS master is at URL
- Ask it for publishers of topic SCOPE
