Description
First experiments didn`t show fundamental issues. Firing simple events via spread within a 3kHz real-time thread worked like a charm.
Going faster resulted in loads of spread errors (Reason: unknown spread receive error), so will check it with non-spread transports next to see if spread is the issue at that speed.

Maybe this should be explored in the dedicated rsb-realtime-cpp project?
I am leaning towards closing this and opening specific issues for that project. What do you think?
