We will probably have to create a separate job that builds RSB in release mode and creates the package.

I vote for RelWithDebInfo to have meaningful backtraces.

There now is a separate build job for packaging which builds everything with RelWithDebInfo
configuration and creates packages.

I think this is also required for Robotics Systems Commons, to get completely rid of this.

I think this is solved now. We haven't seen this since a long time and no specific job is stated here as being affected. We can reopen this with specific jobs in case this still appears.
