Description
Boost for example doesn't provide a pkg-config file (https://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/ticket/1094). So in order to provide a working pkgconfig for rsb, we need to insert boost include pathes and libs directly into our pc file (see #1439). However, this doesn't work with cross-compiling (see #1292), so we need to find a better solution.
