Description

The configuration docu page is not clear about where to put rsb.conf in the home path on windows. Christoph, as far as I remember it actually is:

C:\Users\{username}\.config\rsb.config

Christoph, can you check again and document accordingly in specification-config.rst?

yes it is.
it says:

   subgraph cluster_config_files {
     label = "Config Files" 
     system_config [label="System Config\ne.g. /etc/rsb.conf"]
     user_config [label="User Config\ne.g. $HOME/.config/rsb.conf"]
     pwd_config [label="Current Dir. Config\ne.g. $(pwd)/rsb.conf"]

In a windows environment it should be:
%userprofile%/.config/rsb.conf@

instead of 
$HOME/.config/rsb.conf@
