refer to a 0.11 branch -> this is not available on git, should refer to trunk!?

- install-cpp.rst: use "branch" instead of "version" replacement when
referring to the RSC branch - install-java.rst: likewise
- install-python.rst: likewise
- conf.py.in (branch): new variable; similar
(rst_prolog): added replacement for branch; use branch in
repository_versioned replacement - CMakeLists.txt (RSB_BRANCH): new option; controls branch name used
when referring to repositories
