Description
Allow to restart the program (with different parameter combinations) to:
- be able to control command line parameters
- isolate runs of of different parameter combinations
Use process monitor with event-based mode for configuration of PIDs.

We decided to skip this feature for now. It might be more suitable to model a program with different command line parameters as individual programs.
