Description
The compiler still doesn't always get the right namespace done (see #408)
The problem occurs in boost::intrusive_ptr<MappingDefinition>
for instance in https://code.cor-lab.org/projects/nemomath/repository/revisions/107/entry/trunk/nemomath/test/Mapping.cpp line 60
Avoid this by using typesafe usage of member function (like IntrusiveCowSupport does it already)
