Description
- promote component projects independent of core middleware to top-level projects
- free us from the burden of coherent releases of domain-specific component projects (this should be a responsibility for the toolkit developers)
- reduce the dependencies of domain-specific components on RSB trunk
- goals
- reduce the release effort for RSB
- make the core RSB project structure easier to understand...

reduce the dependencies of domain-specific components on RSB trunk
This is probably more a problem of the CI server config and the client projects in general than a specific RSB problem. Hence, we ignore this for resolving this issue.
