Description
We probably need to separate between statechange and beat port on the one hand and usual data ports on the other hand.
Otherwise processing strategies will break because they also take the statechange and beat port into account.

State and beat ports are now special ports, separated from data ports, with extra handling of incoming data.
Processing strategies no longer affected.
