Description
The so-version of rsc libraries of the 0.7 release is still containing the patch version. This was fixed already for rsc 0.8 to just contain major and minor version, but not yet for 0.7.
The issue was reported downstream because it requires recompiling of depending software on every patch in the 0.7 version. Any objections to backport this change also to 0.7?
