Description
Attached is the updated version from that contributor. Since our usual cppcheck version is too old to generate a html report and mor recent version do not compile on precise, we need to postpone this after the trusty update.

The overhead added by the new features is quite high and we do not use these features. Therefore I think this adds too much complexity and maintenance effort for the gained benefit.
