Do not use bash in interactive mode

Description
For commands executed by vdemo, bash should not be used in interactive mode since then user modifications in the bashrc might interfere with the correct operation of the demos.

Without interactive mode, no job control is available. This prevents
certain component scripts from functioning properly. We use the --norc
flag to prevent parsing of the user configuration.
