- CMakeLists.txt: new file; contains CMake rules for building, testing
and installing - sbcl.cmake.in: new file; template for calling SBCL; configured by
CMake - cpack/CPackInclude.cmake: new file; helper for including CPack with
some basic configuration logic - cpack/DebianUbuntu.cmake: new file; packaging rules for Ubuntu
