Added Windows support in src/rsc/plugins/Plugin.cpp

fixes #1176

  • src/rsc/plugins/Plugin.cpp: include windows.h
    (Plugin::loadLibrary): added plugin loading via LoadLibrary
    (Plugin::resolveSymbol): symbol lookup via GetProcAddress
