There is no javadoc for RST java because protoc does not generate usable comments.

I don't know how to do this effectively without a mainenance nightmare as RST is not built by maven. Instead we later deploy the generated jar files with a stub pom.xml. So we would have to hand-craft the creation of a sources jar file. Is this really required? I don't see much benefit from looking into auto-generated code.
