Deprecated type Vicon

Type does not follow the conventions and there haven't been proposed
changes for several years.

We do not have versions for RST, right? ;)

Still, it would be good to organize the VICON types according to our own schemes ASAP as this component is maintained / developed by us and we should provide correct examples.

So I delete the version info but raise the priority.

We discussed this today and the following changes are necessary:

  • ViconData --> devices/mocap/Vicon.proto
  • vec3d --> rst.kinematics.Point3DFloat
  • new type for 3x3 Matrix (here used as rotation matrix)
  • vec9d --> rst.math.Matrix
  • timecode --> extract common parts in rst.datetime.Time?!? (see boost::date_time) and extend
  • add documentation

  • VICON type needs cleanup (e.g. redundant orientations)
    • Should use rst/stable types (translation/orientation/pose)

Due to the fact that this type does not follow the conventions and there haven't been any updates on this for several years, I will move the type to deprecated.
