Make derivative calculation the default

Description
Since dashboard queries seem to be quite costly, make derivative calculation the default and remove the respective command line option.
Also, in that process, adapt the host-related counters which are not currently derived and transform them appropriately.

Derivatives are now calculated for everything per default since online
calculations in dashboards is costly. The respective command line argument has
been removed.
Code has been refactored during this process so that process and host derivative
calculation now share a common method.
