Add AdaptiveComponentStatus proto of the AMARSi project, specifying the status of an AMARSi AdaptiveComponent, see libamarsi.
Adds proto file for the status (convergence) of a motion

Following feedback by jmoringe, the proto file is now domain-specific instead of project-specific. Renamed to
MotionStatus and in the new motioncontrol package.
